Originally published 12/12/12…. Melbourne staff will be celebrating Christmas and another great year on the 16th of December at The Grace Darling Pub in Smith Street Collingwood. The pub itself is a massive old bluestone beauty with quirky wallpaper, open fires, large wooden tables and indoor plants. Opened in 1854, the Grace Darling Pub was named after the 19th century heroine.
Staff will arrive at The Grace Darling at midday to a wonderful lunch of delicacies such as wood fired flat bread, antipasti, waygu burgers and a few glasses of wine and champagne!
The party will be based around the theme of ‘remember when you were young’ and include a number of fun childhood games such as pass the parcel, pin the tail on the donkey, limbo and of course a novelty Kris Kringle with prizes for the most creative! They will also have their very own DJ spinning tunes for them while they enjoy the festivities!
Below are some photos from the big day!
